Launch is May 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

At launch, the server opens Classic, Kunark, and Scars of Velious expansions.

Cadence

After Planes of Power, Frostreaver follows Standard+ progression with expansions unlocking every 8 weeks.

Loot rules

Encounter locking is enabled (mob locked to your group once engaged).

Free Trade is enabled (most loot stays tradable).

Randomized Loot is enabled (e.g. a prized rare can roll from any of several named in its tier, not tied to one classic camp).

Gear rules

Item level requirements are disabled (no level gate—low-level characters can equip high-level gear).

Early item focus effects are enabled (worn spell foci on items—mana preservation, extended range, etc.—are active from launch).
